About Our Venue
Davenport Old Store is housed in a beautifully restored, historical building that has been a part of our family farm since 1882. Blending timeless character with modern functionality, our venue is designed to inspire focus, creativity and connection.
We offer an idyllic setting, high-speed connectivity, and flexible indoor & outdoor spaces to meet the needs of your event. Tables and chairs will be provided. As well as a tv and sound system upon request. We do not provide catering but have a list of recommended vendors on hand.

What is the capacity?
For seated events we can accommodate 70-80 guests. Without banquet tables & using the outdoor space 100 guests can mingle throughout.
What types of events can be hosted here?
Business & Corporate Events, Training Sessions, Book clubs, Chamber Meetings, etc.
Can we use our preferred vendors?
Yes! All vendors will be required to sign a contract & comply with venue rules. We do not provide catering/vending but have a list of recommendations if needed.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes, our venue is ADA compliant.
Is a deposit required to secure the date?
Yes, a deposit will be required to ensure your date is booked.
